He also looks after the foundational responsibilities of the business- finance, accounting function and legal handling.

Mr. Chitrak S. Shah, Managing Director- A successful administrator with modern methods of marketing management and project conceptualization as well as its implementation. He created Shivalik as a brand and plays a major role in its growth. His core competency lies in Land Acquisition, Project Feasibility - Conceptual Architecture Planning and administration.

Mr. Taral Shah- a Civil Engineer, joined as a Managing Director. He has proven himself as a technocrat, playing a key role in the construction framework of various projects and their procurement. He supervises the sales department and attaches quality benchmarks to make Shivalik a bigger brand.
