Customer Relationship Executive
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships in real estate. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of real estate.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information about available properties, services, and processes.
- Guide clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Address client concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Follow up with clients after property transactions to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Actively engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings to maintain a strong connection.
- Organize and participate in client events, property viewings, and follow-up activities.
